Hello Kitty & Batman Birthday Cakes!

It was Jamison, Natalia, & E'sia's birthday party this past weekend! The girls got a Hello Kitty cake while Jamison got Batman.

Hello Kitty was chocolate cake with a whipped raspberry filing.

Batman was chocolate cake with chocolate ganache.

Portions of proceeds from both cakes will be going towards feeding the children at The Ebongalethu Educare Center in South Africa.

Super Jerrod's Super Hero Cake!

This Super Hero cake was made for an awesome Vegan Super Hero named Jerrod! It features Spiderman, Batman, and Superman details on the cake and is topped off with silver stars.

The entire cake is completely vegan: it was vegan chocolate cake layered with vegan peanut butter frosting. Fondant and gumpaste used is also vegan.

I got a wonderful email from the birthday boy's mom to let me know that the vegan cake was a hit with everyone (vegan or not)!
