Sushi Cupcake Toppers

Sushi toppers for mini cupcakes! I made some California Rolls (crab, avocado, and cucumber inside), Kappa Maki, Tekka Maki, Salmon and Tamago Nigiri. I used them to adorn mini vegan cupcakes. The cupcakes are presented on a wooden sushi plate with chopsticks.

I had so much fun making this (even each little grain of rice) I might have to try to make a Spicy Tuna or Rainbow Roll in the near future!
